Remove Empty Rows
Clicking this button automates the removal of blank rows, eliminating any potential errors which could be caused.
Highlight Duplicate Rows
Clicking this button highlights completely duplicate rows in the range selected. The tool provides flexibility to the user of selecting multiple columns within which duplicate data is being searched, which is not present in Excel’s in-built functions.
Hide Unhide Sheets
Clicking this button, a dialog box will appear with 3 containers, 1 for visible sheets, 1 for hidden sheets and 1 for super hidden sheets, the user can drag and drop sheet names from any containers to hide or unhide sheets. This is a versatile tool, providing flexibility and control over the visibility of worksheets.
Set Grouping
Clicking this button allows the user to dynamically group and ungroup rows and columns based on their current analysis needs, providing a more focused and manageable view of the data.

Clicking this button allows the user to set an appropriate zoom level for better visibility of data, improved navigation and consistency, providing a polished & cohesive look to the final deliverable.
Index
Clicking this button creates a new worksheet with a button to navigate to each worksheet of the workbook. To add to the ease of navigation ‘Create Back to Index’ button creates a button on each sheet to return to index sheet. These back to index buttons can be simply deleted by clicking ‘Delete Back to Index’.
Merge Sheets
Clicking this button creates a new merged worksheet with the consolidated data from each selected worksheet, saving the manual effort of copy pasting data from each sheet repeatedly.
Protection
Clicking this button allows the user to protect or unprotect multiple worksheets as selected, at once.
List Sheets
Clicking this button lists all the worksheets in the active workbook along with the details about the worksheet about its used range, visibility status i.e. whether hidden or unhidden and its protection status.
New Query Log
Clicking this button creates a new query log in the active workbook which can store all your queries. This query log will contain a full detail of the query including the cell address of the query with a hyperlink to that cell address, the query classification, query owner, query response
Raise Query
Clicking this button creates a new query log in the active workbook. Please use the button ‘Raise Query’ to raise any queries in the workbook which will directly get captured in the query log.
Add Export Tool
Clicking this button creates a new export sheet in the active workbook, in which named ranges can be entered, and all the visuals contained in the named ranges can be exported to PPT within one click. This button helps in consistency, and allows the team to focus on analysis, instead of data compilation.
Add Row
Clicking this button adds additional rows into the Export Tool. Manual entry of rows should be avoided in the Export Tool and this button has been provided for ease and accuracy.
