We strive to provide exceptional service and satisfaction to our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellation and refund requests might arise. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellation of subscriptions and requesting refunds for UpVeelā€™s add-in service.

1. Subscription Cancellation:
– A subscription once bought shall be active for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
– A subscription once purchased cannot be cancelled until the expiry period of 1 year lapses.

2. Refund Eligibility:
– Customers may be eligible for a refund if they meet the following criteria:
– The add-in purchased does not get activated on their systems due to technical errors.
– The customer has not used the UpVeel Excel add-in or has not activated the add-in.
– UpVeel explicitly reserves the right to look into refunds on a case by case basis and examine whether a refund is eligible based but not limited to, the aforementioned parameters.
– Refund requests made outside of the eligible refund period of 7 days within the purchase of the add-in, will not be considered.

3. Refund Process:
– Refund requests must be submitted through our designated customer support channels or via email to support@upveel.com.
– Upon receiving a refund request, we will review the request and determine eligibility.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.
– Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
